the ECI User Group has been rebranded as the Mphasis User Group! This exciting development was announced by Yonette Bowen, President of the Executive Committee, during our 23rd Annual Working Conference in San Antonio, Texas.
In this new chapter, we are extending our community to include Javelina user companies. This expansion allows Javelina users to collaborate, network, and advocate for system enhancements alongside HealthPac users, who have been an integral part of our group since 1992. Our united goal is to work closely with Mphasis, ensuring that we effectively represent the voices of all members and contribute to the ongoing development of a system that meets the specific needs of Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
