In 2023, the ECI User Group was rebranded as the Mphasis User Group following the expansion of our HealthPac user community to include companies utilizing Javelina. This integration enables Javelina users to collaborate, network, and advocate for system enhancements alongside HealthPac users - who have been a valued part of our group since 1992.
Together, our united mission is to partner closely with Mphasis to ensure the collective voice of our members is heard and represented. We are committed to contributing to the ongoing development of solutions that meet the specific and evolving needs of Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
