Mphasis User Group Conference 1

 

The Annual Membership Meeting of the MUG User Group is a crucial event where it's important for each member company to be represented. This meeting is a key opportunity for members to review the organization's financial status and to discuss issues they would like the Executive Committee to address in the upcoming year.

Following the business segment of the meeting, we will conduct elections for the Executive Committee. This includes voting for new members as well as re-elections. Members can nominate additional candidates by sending their names to the current Secretary of the MUG User Group by March 10 of the conference year, as detailed on the Executive Board page. Nominations from the floor during the meeting are also welcome. Each member company has one vote, and should appoint a representative responsible for casting their ballot during the election.

Please note that only companies that have paid the current year's Membership Fee and are in good standing are eligible to attend the meeting and participate in the election process. After the Membership Meeting concludes, the Executive Committee will hold a brief session to elect its officers.
